National Restaurant Association Rallies Industry to Lobby Congress for Relief
As Congress debates the details of a $2 trillion relief plan, the National Restaurant Association is leading a call to action, asking the White House and Congress to support the National Restaurant Association restaurant recovery plan.
This plan provides direct and targeted relief designed to benefit restaurant and foodservice businesses of every size in every corner of the country.
If passed by Congress, it would provide: direct relief from a new restaurant recovery fund; community grants for disaster relief assistance; guaranteed loans and business interruption insurance; lost revenue coverage from the government; special disaster unemployment assistance for workers; tax breaks and more.
