Martin's Hotels Adds StayNTouch's Cloud-Based PMS Solutions
Belgium-based Martin’s Hotels has partnered with StayNTouch to install its Rover property managment system (PMS) and Zest products at 13 of its 14 hotels:
“In the last phase of our PMS decision process, the staff tested the two competing finalists,” said Nils Scheers, sales manager. “Within 30 minutes, the staff unanimously agreed that the StayNTouch system was far easier to use than any other PMS they had reviewed. One staff member remarked, 'It is just like using your iPad at home. You really don’t need any training.'
“Like many hotels, the quality of our service level is directly related to our staff’s ability to focus on the guest and not worry about technology systems,” Scheers continued. “The StayNTouch system is very intuitive, and we accomplish common tasks with fewer steps than before. That leaves us more time to attend to the needs of our guests.”
