Mandoon Estate 'Harvests' Event Data with Delphi.fdc
Australia’s Mandoon Estate selected the advanced sales and catering solution, Delphi.fdc from Newmarket, an Amadeus Company, to manage guest information, streamline operations, and provide analytical tools to support business growth.
“We were seeking a system that would accurately document all event correspondence and revenue from opening date onwards as well as track our enquiry methods. We wanted to capture client contact details to build our database,” said Caroline Brown, event sales and marketing manager at Mandoon Estate. “Delphi.fdc does so much more than that.”
Mandoon Estate is Perth’s newest venue located in Western Australia’s oldest wine region. After a 2014 expansion, the property now offers a dedicated purpose built function space to host events from corporate meetings and conferences to weddings and private celebrations.
“Beyond the technology solution, the expertise from Newmarket personnel has been especially valuable as we continue to expand our business,” continued Brown. “Newmarket conducted a well-structured and supportive implementation and training process. In fact, this is my second time installing this system at a venue and both times I have found the experience to be seamless.”
