Aniai’s flagship product, Alpha Grill,leverages AI and robotics to automate the hamburger patty cooking process.

Spangler will lead implementation of the growth plan to revitalize the brand on a global scale. The industry vet previously worked with Subway, Papa Murphy's, Dunkin' Brands, and Starbucks.

Eduardo Luz is Chief Executive Officer and President. He was most recently Chief Brand & Concept Officer at Panera Bread.

Industry vet Nicolle DuBose was Vice President and Head of Marketing for Schlotzsky's at Focus Brands. DuBose succeeds Playa Bowls' Co-Founder Abby Taylor, who will remain engaged in the business as Chief Branding Officer.
