Hudson Yards Chooses Exeter Retail DataHub for Sales Data Analytics

Real data in real time can be accessed by the landlord’s authorized representative via desktop, laptop, tablet or even smartphones over a secure connection.

Exeter will give related executives real-time access to data they need, whenever they need it, in a convenient and customized format.

Retailers submit data, including gross sales and any deductions or exclusions, as required by their leases to the property owner using the secure EXETER portal. Manual reporting and data entry are eliminated. On the landlord side, the real-time data, combined with the property’s historical retail tenant data, create comprehensive management reports that provide actionable insight regarding the overall picture of a retail asset’s health. EXETER produces multiple pre-built reports for landlords, divided by portfolio, property, merchandising category, retail tenant and even specialty leasing (pop-ups/temporary tenants), as well as customized reports from data integrated with the landlord’s enterprise resource planning system (ERP, property management/accounting) software.

EXETER, a SaaS prodcut, is available to landlords on a tiered subscription basis, with pricing varying by the services offered and the size of the CRE retail real estate asset.
