Retailers submit data, including gross sales and any deductions or exclusions, as required by their leases to the property owner using the secure EXETER portal. Manual reporting and data entry are eliminated. On the landlord side, the real-time data, combined with the property’s historical retail tenant data, create comprehensive management reports that provide actionable insight regarding the overall picture of a retail asset’s health.
