HT-NEXT 2020 Postponed

Based on the rapid escalation of the COVID-19 / novel Coronavirus outbreak in the United States, HT-NEXT is postponed. The date is changed to November 30-December 3, 2020. HT-NEXT 2020 will continue to take place at the Fairmont Princess Scottsdale in Scottsdale, AZ.

This was not an easy decision, and is the result of developing circumstances that are unfortunately not within our control. HT-NEXT has followed the guidance and advisories of The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and various other national and local agencies. Based on their guidance along with input from our industry, it became clear that the COVID-19 outbreak would significantly disrupt and interfere with HT-NEXT if held on the originally scheduled dates, and that postponement was necessary and in the best interest of the entire HT-NEXT community.

HT-NEXT is committed to providing a collaborative platform to the hospitality technology industry to share best practices and find innovative solutions to business challenges -- that need is even more important as the industry responds to and ultimately emerges from this unprecedented situation.

HOTEL ROOMS: If you booked a hotel room under the HT-NEXT room block through the HT-NEXT website, your room will be automatically cancelled. If you booked a hotel room independent of the HT-NEXT room block or website, you will need to cancel your room directly with the Fairmont Princess Scottsdale Princess on your own. www.fairmont.com/scottsdale

ATTENDEES: To make it easy for you, our team will move your HT-NEXT registration to the new dates. Any registration fees you paid will automatically transfer to your new registration. We will post a revised agenda as soon as we are able. Expect email communication in the coming weeks with more details.

SPONSORS: To make it easy for you, our team will move your sponsorship to the new dates. We will be following up with each sponsor individually to confirm details over the coming days.
