In June, HP expanded the Engage portfolio to provide businesses the ability to deliver convenient, secure, and personalized experiences with the HP Engage Go 10 and HP Engage Flex Mini.  Now it is adding the HP Engage One Essential to the Engage family, a fanless, all-in-one system that provides enhanced durability for harsher environments like restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.

HP is committed to providing businesses with innovative technology engineered for hybrid environments, enabling them to create convenient, seamless, and consistent experiences that today’s consumers expect. Since there’s no one size fits all when it comes to retail and hospitality businesses, it designed the HP Engage portfolio to have maximum versatility, optimal performance, and trusted reliability. With the addition of the HP Engage One Essential, the HP Engage product now includes three all-in-one options enabling HP to meet a wide range of use case and vertical requirements not only in retail and hospitality, but also healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, and more.

The new HP Engage One Essential carries the same sleek, versatile design aesthetic of the Engage portfolio, but its fanless design and IP54 certified1 rating allows it to function reliably in high traffic areas, behind the bar, or even in the kitchen. While the entire HP Engage portfolio is designed and tested to withstand harsh environments, the Engage One Essential takes it even further to protect against the risk of liquids or other particles in the air, from entering the system.

Engage One Essential Key Features:

Resiliently Crafted

  • Conduct business confidently with a fanless, fully sealed design to protect from dust and liquid intrusion (IP54 certified1) and a 3-year onsite warranty2—all in a sleek package.

Maximum Versatility

  • Configure a system with optional integrated peripherals3 like a magnetic stripe reader, barcode scanner, and fingerprint reader to help keep counters clutter-free— and a choice of VESA® mounts4 or stands, including a swivel option to enable guests to verify important information, tip, or settle charges.

Essential Everyday Performance

  • Blaze through shifts with an Intel® Celeron® or Pentium® processor, a range of ports to connect everyday devices, and fast network connectivity through wired ethernet or Wi-Fi 55

The entire HP Engage portfolio is purpose-built to meet the new shopping and engagement habits that consumers have adopted during the pandemic and are designed to complement in-store aesthetics. Whether you need a sealed, fanless device for more traditional point-of-sale to an interactive, self-service device or a larger display for menu boards, HP has a variety of options to fit your needs. HP Engage products are devices businesses can count on to deliver reliably day in and day out, while also reducing IT costs with the ability to standardize across the portfolio for a variety of use cases.
