HotSpot International to Acquire Sunray Technology Ventures 

HotSpot International announced its intention to acquire Sunray Technology Ventures Inc. (“Sunray”), a provider of hospitality network design and management. The acquisition of Sunray enhances HotSpot International’s capabilities of providing networking services to its customers throughout the U.S. and Latin America, and underscores a five-year working relationship between the two vanguards.

The turn-key solutions provider will maintain Sunray’s team in whole, reassuring Sunray’s customers that they can expect the same passion, high-touch service, and performance, with the extended capabilities that the combined company will offer.

With the acquisition of Sunray, HotSpot International adds an executive team that has worked together for over a decade and a software platform that was built from the ground up to address operational and technical deficiencies that all service providers face.
