Epson and Partners to Show MURTEC Attendees How to Adapt to a Changing Hospitality Environment

At MURTEC 2019, the multi-unit restaurant technology conference, Epson and partners will be showcasing a variety of POS solutions designed to support customer transitions to the changing hospitality environment that leverages the latest technology and addresses evolving customer behaviors.

At booth 57, Epson will demonstrate how to streamline food service operations by leveraging Zivelo’s self-service kiosk, which integrated with the Epson OmniLink L90 Plus-i  LFC (liner-free-compatible) thermal label printer with built in KDS Controller, benefits both Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) and Full Service Restaurants (FSRs).

Epson will also be showing how online ordering via the Epson OmniLink T88VI  improves the restaurant workflow and checkout process.  In addition, this cloud-based printer enables restaurant merchants to capture valuable data streams and turn them into actionable information for a variety of new services including loyalty programs, customized surveys, and coupons.

Epson will also showcase its TM-L90 Plus-i LFC receipt printer with integrated food freshness application for maintaining food safety, helping restaurant merchants manage their kitchen operations. QSRs, restaurants, delis and grocers benefit from liner-free repositionable labeling as well as receipt printing for a variety of applications involving to-go orders, drive-thru, drinks, food package labeling, food preparation in the kitchen, kiosks, etc.

Epson’s TM-m30 mPOS receipt printer will be on display showing how it enables merchants to create a strong customer experience with its mobile-compatible industrial design and modular casing for top-load or front-load configurations. This single station printer addresses customer issues such as space restrictions, environmental roadblocks and peripheral specifications. It easily connects to traditional POS and mobile POS systems meeting the hospitality industry’s needs for a strong mPOS transaction environment.
