Enseo Founder Vanessa Ogle Tells Her Story at HT-NEXT 2022

Vanessa Ogle, Founder, Enseo Corp.

Vanessa Ogle is an entrepreneur, inventor, writer, and singer/songwriter. She is best known as the founder of Enseo which she and her team grew into one of the largest out-of-home media and connected networks in the world, serving more than 100,000,000 people annually. 

Vanessa’s talent in building world-class leadership teams focused on diversity, a culture of service, and innovation through inclusion resulted in amazing partnerships and customer relationships. She collaborated with the world’s leading technology and content companies such as Netflix, Amazon, HBO, and Dish Networks to bring innovative solutions to the hospitality industry. Enseo has also held an exclusive contract to provide movies to the entire U.S. armed forces for almost 15 years.

Enseo’s relentless innovation resulted in120+ U.S. Patents, with Vanessa as lead inventor on more than half. Her favorite product is the MadeSafe solution for hotel workers as well as students and children in their K-12 classrooms. 

Accolades include: #15 on FAST 100, 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned 2018-2020, Entrepreneur 360 Best Companies 2018-2020, not to mention the Inc. 500 and then another six times on the Inc. 5000. Vanessa was personally honored with Inc. 100 Female Founder’s Award, Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and Enterprising Women of the Year.

Vanessa now spends her time raising children, sharing stories to inspire other women and entrepreneurs with her articles including her LinkedIN newsletter Unplugged. In her spare time she writes music with her husband Paul as the band HigherHill, teaches surfing clinics, and trains dogs. 

 

Kristie Goshow, Chief Commercial Officer, KSL Resorts

Kristie Goshow brings a diversity of hospitality and travel industry experience to her role as KSL Resort’s chief commercial officer. Her responsibilities at KSL are extensive and include strategy and brand development, marketing and sales demand creation and consumer/guest experience delivery. She also plays an active role in the recruitment, training and development of our top talent.

With 20-plus years of hospitality industry experiences, she has held high-profile hospitality positions around the world, including her prior position as chief marketing officer for Preferred Hotels & Resorts, serving as senior vice president – commercial for Viceroy Hotel Group and working in Dubai as group director of distribution marketing and innovation for the Jumeirah Group.

Determined and tenacious, she has gained a reputation as an innovator and a problem solver – deftly delivering solutions and ideas that make a difference.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family, real estate and conquering the trails on Big Bear Mountain. She has a passion for the spicier side of life too, as a self-professed expert at making Indian curries from scratch!

Hospitality Technology (HT) and Hospitality Technology Next Generation (HTNG) are collaborating for the sixth year in a row to host HT-NEXT 2022, a unique conference for the hospitality technology industry. HT-NEXT 2022 will take place Dec. 5-8 at the Fontainebleau Miami in Miami, Florida.

HT-NEXT (https://www.ht-next.com) brings together hotel technology solution providers with leaders and influencers from leading hotel companies spanning IT, finance, marketing, distribution and operations. The event typically attracts nearly 400 hospitality professionals.
