Kevin Rohani, Founder & CEO for CAMO

Kevin Rohani has been a transformative leader developing and scaling brands at some of the world's most prestigious hospitality companies including Accor Hotels, Ennismore, SBE, and Dream Hotel Group. In 2021, his innovative and entrepreneurial drive led to the launch of CAMO, the first and only hotel-centric marketplace dining platform built to optimize a hotel’s dining revenue and efficiency, with or without a kitchen. CAMO enables hotels to offer guests multiple restaurant brands and maximize demand through a robust 1st Party Room Service aggregation ecosystem. Rohani works towards bridging the gap between brands, technology and demand for hotel dining, with a goal to ultimately realign interest between hotel brands, operators and guests!

Rohani serves as Founder & CEO for CAMO, as well as an Advisory Board member for several prominent companies, including Jurny, SG Blocks and his alma mater, California State University, Fullerton.

Kent Hatcher

Kent Hatcher, Director of Product, Mint House

After spending 8 years as an Army Officer, Kent attended Cornell University for his MBA with a focus on Marketing and Technology. Before coming to Mint House Kent spent time at Starbucks Delivers and Amazon working on digital products. Over the past 18 months since joining Mint House, Kent has led their digital transformation, including launching a completely revitalized mobile app to include contactless check-in, and remote unlock across the entire company portfolio, as well as new programs such as Stock Your Stay, in-room grocery delivery and Shop Your Stay a unique way for guests to find and purchase items from the Mint House they are staying in.

Sam Khazary

Sam Khazary, SVP and Global Head of Corporate Development, Selina Hospitality

Sam Khazary is a Senior Vice President and Global Head of Corporate Development at Selina, and a member of Selina’s Executive Committee. Selina is a lifestyle and experiential hospitality platforms, with more than 163 open or secured properties across 25 countries and 6 continents, built to address the needs and desires of millennial and Gen Z travelers, blending beautifully designed accommodation with coworking, recreation, wellness, and local experiences.

As the Global Head of Corporate Development, Sam leads the evaluation and execution of Selina's global business development strategy to enhance both enterprise and shareholder value. Sam’s responsibilities include strategy, securing corporate financing, public relations, joint ventures, partnerships and strategic investments, as well as advising on opportunities to accelerate entrepreneurial growth and global product innovation.

Brian McConnell

Brian McConnell, VP of F&B and Operations, Resort Collection

Originally from northeast Ohio, Brian has more than 30 years of experience working in the hospitality industry. He spent time working everything from busser and dishwasher up to General Manager and now Vice President of Club Operations for RC Hospitality Solutions. In this role Brian manages Food & Beverage, Meeting & Catering Sales, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Beach Rental Services. Brain has a passion for hospitality! He also enjoys the study of wine, and outdoor activities such as boating. In his free time, he likes spending the day on the beach with his family. Other passions are travelling, cooking, and watching his favorite sports team.

Hospitality Technology (HT) and Hospitality Technology Next Generation (HTNG) are collaborating for the sixth year in a row to host HT-NEXT 2022, a unique conference for the hospitality technology industry. HT-NEXT 2022 will take place Dec. 5-8 at the Fontainebleau Miami in Miami, Florida.

HT-NEXT (https://www.ht-next.com) brings together hotel technology solution providers with leaders and influencers from leading hotel companies spanning IT, finance, marketing, distribution and operations. The event typically attracts nearly 400 hospitality professionals. After the event, 87% of attendees say they meet a valuable new contact at the show, and 97% of attendees say they brought back a specific idea to implement at their organization.
