Buffalo Wild Wings Commences Digital Menu, Tableside Payment Rollout

NTN Buzztime, Inc. has begun the rollout of its digital menu and secure pay-at-the-table solution at Buffalo Wild Wings with the first deployments in California and Minnesota.

Buzztime's touchscreen Android tablets incorporate Europay, MasterCard® and Visa® (EMV) chip card readers and near-field communication (NFC) technology to accept Apple, Android, and Samsung Pay payment. These capabilities are designed to provide guests with increased security and convenience in conjunction with best-in-class games and multi-player national network trivia.

The enhanced guest experience simplifies add-on orders for drinks or dessert, which benefits venues by improving operating efficiencies and increasing sales potential. Further, the tablets gather data, enabling venues to generate real-time insights and analytics that can be used to optimize operations.  The pay at-the-table functionality allows guests to leave when they're ready and for venues to turn tables faster.
