Bissell Manages Guest Internet Touchpoints with Centralized Management Platform

To enhance the guest experience through dynamic bandwidth optimization and billing capabilities, the Charlotte, N.C.-based real estate company, The Bissell Companies is implementing Eleven’s centralized guest Internet management platform at both Aloft Charlotte Ballantyne and The Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge. Both properties have been Eleven customers for several years with Eleven guest computers in their business centers. Today, their management company, Bissell, is expanding its use of the Eleven platform to include managing guest Internet in the lobby, business center, meeting and guest rooms – all run on a single, cloud-based platform.
