Agilysys, Inc., has linked its rGuest Analyze business intelligence solution with the company's Lodging Management System (LMS) property management solution, giving hoteliers quick and easy access to existing PMS data in order to gauge demand, increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
rGuest Analyze was created to address the growing requirement for hotels to leverage PMS data as one of their most important assets. With on-demand business intelligence data and customized dashboards, hoteliers can take charge of their operations with information about revenue, occupancy, average daily rate, RevPAR and guest demand to make critical adjustments that can increase profitability and improve the guest experience.
