WeRoam, Wayport Expand Wi-Fi Access to Hertz Locations

WeRoam customers can access Wayport Inc.'s Wi-Fi high-speed Internet access in 39 Hertz airport locations in the US after Wayport, designer and integrator of applications and software over wired and wireless carrier grade networks, and WeRoam, a wholesale aggregator of public WLAN roaming, expand their existing roaming agreement.

"The expansion of our roaming agreement with WeRoam to include our Hertz locations further strengthens the commitment we have made to our neutral-host strategy and partner venues," said Dave Vucina, CEO of Wayport.

The expansion applies to Hertz rental facilities and #1 Club Gold parking spaces. Prior to the expansion, WeRoam Wi-Fi customers had access to Wayport's network of hotel properties and select airports.
