Turtle Jacks Turns to Maitre'D for Management Solution

Turtle Jacks installs Posera's Maitre'D software suite in 12 Ontario, Canada locations to better manage inventory levels, manage food costs, improve operations and improve cash flow.

The software will also facilitate the process of changing menus, keeping Turtle jacks more informed about pricing structures, menu recipe opportunities, and and projecting sales mix for current and future production scheduling.
