Torex Acquisition Expands Hospitality Offering

Torex Retail, an international provider of IT retail solutions, acquires Savista, a hospitality software provider, expanding Torex Retail's hospitality offering into the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) market. The acquisition also adds a software development center based in Sao Paulo, Brazil to the company's global capabilities.
