Scott Stratten to Keynote MURTEC®

2/16/2015
Hospitality Technology (HT) magazine has announced that Scott Stratten, president of UnMarketing (www.unmarketing.com) and the author of UnMarketing: Stop Marketing, Start Engaging, will present the keynote address at MURTEC (Multi-Unit Restaurant Technology Conference; www.murtec.com) on March 18 at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ranked as one of the top influencers in the world on Twitter and getting more than 60 million views of client videos, Stratten is an engaging speaker who exposes the ways businesses have become blind to customer service, support, branding, experiences and even product quality.

Stratten will open the three-day conference with a session titled, “Unselling: The New Customer Experience.” Stratten will shed light on how owners have to stop funnel vision and look at the big picture: creating repeat customers, not one-time buyers. The session will offer insights on how to create loyal clients that refer others, not faceless numbers.

In this must-see keynote session, best-selling author, digital engagement expert, and authenticity evangelist Scott Stratten will shake up the way you think about your guests and transactions. He’ll share underappreciated truths that add up to a new way of thinking about business; and it’ll completely change the way you engage with guests, for the better.

The 2015 MURTEC, will be held Tuesday, March 17 through Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, Nev.
