Milwaukee-based Brodersen Management operates 49 franchised Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurants in four states as well as in Puerto Rico. In 2014, the company realized it needed a new POS system. After implementing Revention's POS system, the company saw his stores’ labor costs decrease by an average of 1.5% of sales in its first year of operation and double that in Milwaukee.
