Parisian Fine Dining Establishment Updates POS

le Vaudeville, one of the most prestigious fine dining restaurants in Paris successfully completed its second installation of Posera's Maitre'D. le Vaudeville is owned by Groupe FLO, the largest restaurant operator in France with 173 outlets and 4 different concepts; FLO owns an estimated 35% market share for the entire French Capital.

After more than 20 years with its previous POS supplier, FLO's needs outgrew its former setup and it began searching for something new to meet its needs, those being: a centralized solution with consolidated reporting facilities, a better menu management tool in order to secure the ordering process from the POS and a graphic Table Plan with visual alerts. Handheld devices are also being trialed on the terrace areas to increase efficiency and added value.
