Northwind Expands Maestro PMS Capabilities
After consultation with independent corporate chain and resort property operators, Northwind announces the expansion of its Maestro PMS hospitality automation platform, with a complete roll out slated for 2007.
"Maestro continues to provide advances that benefit our clients' businesses and provide them with a 360 degree view' of their guests for both guest retention and marketing initiatives," says Northwind's president of U.S. operations Warren Dehan.
New features of the Maestro PMS system include resort-wide Guest ID cards, two-way GDS, electronic signature capture, gift card management, and text messaging for property maintenance and guest communication. The system also features a number of online capabilities including online group booking and group block management, online condo ownership booking and account management, and online table and event reservations.
