MGM Mirage CIO to Speak at Hotel Tech Forum
Tom Peck, MGM Mirage's chief information officer and senior vice president, will present the opening keynote address, "Shaping the Guest Experience," to attendees at the Hotel Technology Forum on April 23 in Las Vegas.
The event, now in its third year, will bring together more than 100 senior-level executives from the world's leading hotel companies for three days (April 22-24) of peer-to-peer exchange of ideas and best practices. Peck will address an audience of peers on the various elements that go into creating an overall guest experience, including understanding guest preferences, keeping technology transparent, and approaching issues from a systems perspective.
"Core to shaping the guest experience is understanding their preferences and at the same time respecting their privacy," says Peck. "We have so much information on our guests. To what degree should we track their preferences, and to what degree to they want us to do this?" Peck will address these questions and more in his keynote address.
Hotel Technology Form is held at the Four Seasons Resort (Mandalay Bay) Las Vegas. For more information, including a complete roster of speakers and sponsors or to register, visit http://www.htmagazine.com/HT/conferences/HTF07/HTF07.shtml
