Growing Regional Hotelier Implements RMS

Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces announces its selection of the Amadeus Revenue Management System (RMS) for its 32 hotels and resorts around the world. Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces is India's largest hotel group and also has an international presence in cities such as Dubai, London, New York, Boston and Sydney.

Amadeus RMS stores detailed information on reservations made throughout a hotel chain. The data can be used to support sales, marketing and financial processes, generate accurate predictions of future demand, make suggestions on how to price rooms and manage availability so as to maximize yield.

"With this implementation, our hotels around the world will be able to better manage our resources and therefore further enhance our customer service across the board," adds Mahindroo.
