Bombay Frankies: A New Restaurant Concept

When Eat Up Canada partnered with celebrity chef Vikram Vij to launch Bombay Frankies in the greater Toronto area in fall 2022, they knew the unique restaurant concept — serving India’s popular “frankie rolls,” plus frankie bowls and salads — had serious potential for growth.

In fact, Eat Up Canada, the Canadian franchisee for Pokeworks led by the co-founders of Onfire Restaurants, aims to open three to five Bombay Frankies locations in the coming year and up to 100 in the next decade.

The Challenge: Grow a New Restaurant Brand With a Powerful POS
