Dashboard Consolidates Biltmore Data
The Biltmore Company of Asheville, NC announces that it has installed the Datavision Dashboard, a business intelligence tool from Datavision Technologies.
The Dashboard allows Biltmore to extract and consolidate data from disparate systems such as PMS, POS, payroll and ticketing into a single data warehouse, then bring it together onto a single graphical dashboard featuring modules such as room occupancy and revenue, food & beverage information, ticket sales, retail revenue, budgets and per-capita spending.
"Datavision seamlessly integrates and delivers data from our many existing systems, helping improve communication between the executive committee and their management teams throughout our property," says Tom Stranberg, director information technology at Biltmore. "Multiple levels of management view the same data, with the ability to drill down into detail if needed. It has quickly become a strategic tool for Biltmore."
