Crown Group Completes Kansas Hotel Renovation

The Crown Group, Inc. of Aberdeen, South Dakota announces the completion of a $750,000 renovation of the Settle Inn located at 4401 West 107th Street Overland Park, Kansas. As a part of the renovation, improvements were made to the exterior and common area of the hotel, including a new lobby and breakfast area.

"When travelers visit the Overland Park Settle Inn, they'll experience a higher level of comfort and service as a result of these improvements," says Wayne Heintz, SVP/COO of the Crown Group.

All guestrooms in the hotel have also been renovated and now feature amenities including 27-inch televisions, new beds, comforters and desk chairs. Also added was a "Celebration Suite" featuring a whirlpool hot tub, double sided fireplace and two plasma televisions. A three-room "Executive Suite" was also constructed featuring a boardroom that is connected to a standard king and double room. In addition, all bathtubs have been refinished as well as the remaining furniture package.
