Carlson Hotels Expands Portfolio
Carlson Hotels Worldwide announces that in the first six months of 2007, the company has added 40 new hotels to its global portfolio. The latest additions include a Park Inn in Mannheim, Germany; a Country Inns & Suites By Carlson in Fredericksburg, Va.; one Radisson SAS property in MIJAS, Spain; and two Radisson Hotels & Resorts properties in Vit--ria City, Brazil; and Nashua, N.H.
"We are pleased with the continued progress in growing all of our hotel brands," says John Sturgess, corporate vice president of development for Carlson Hotels Worldwide. "In the first six months of 2007, we added 40 hotels in 13 countries and signed another 44 new deals year-to-date expanding our development pipeline ahead of expectations."
The company's hotel brands also include Regent Hotels & Resorts and Park Plaza® Hotels & Resorts.
