Buca to Manage Restaurant Operations with Web-based Solution

Buca, Inc. selects Eatec Corp.'s enterprise foodservice solution, EatecNetX, to manage its 92 Buca di Beppo Italian restaurants.

Buca, Inc. will use EatecNetX to assist in its management of its restaurant operations, including such inventory functions as purchasing, receiving, supply chain management, production planning and inventory control.

EatecNetX creates a broad range of reports that allow for analysis of theoretical and actual costs, vendor pricing compliance, and menu mix analysis of popularity and profitability.

EatecNetX will provide company-wide integration by interfacing with Buca's POS and financial systems, and as a Web-based solution, which is expected to reduce the technical demands of traditional in-store systems.
