Bouchon Back Office Tool Eases Operational Changes


The Thomas Keller-owned Bouchon restaurants brand selects the EatecNetX back office foodservice solution from Eatec Corporation to expand its business needs.

With locations in Yountville, California, New York and Las Vegas, Bouchon will utilize EatecNetX for inventory management, purchasing and receiving, requisitions and transfers with bakery commissary production management and forecasting.

"Eatec's technology will help us identify waste and variance problems, and make the necessary operational changes to control our food costs as well as improve quality control standards," says Will Pacio, information technology manager of the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. "In addition, we will be able to more easily manage recipe development and perform costing analysis using the enterprise tools that EatecNetX offers."
