Black Oak Casino to Streamline Foodservice Ops

Black Oak Casino, a Phase II tri-level facility located in the Central California town of Emeryville, selects EatecNetX to manage its foodservice operations.

EatecNetX will be used to manage purchasing, receiving, requisitioning, transferring, cost control and analysis, and inventory management at the casino's warehouse and food and beverage outlets. The casino features a 24-lane Brunswick bowling center and seven restaurants and bars. Additionally, the system's optional retail module will manage the casino's two retail shops.

The casino's POS systems will relay accurate depletion of inventory by importing sales data into EatecNetX, while accounting data will be exported from EatecNetX to the resort's accounts payable and general ledger systems.
