Best Western Certifies PMS on its Two-Way Interface

Best Western International establishes Micros as an Endorsed Vendor and certifies the Micros OPERA Enterprise Solution on its Two-Way interface with Best Western's Central Reservation System. The designation approves the property management software by Best Western International as a certified platform for over 2,400 hotels in North America.

The certified Two-Way interface will allow Best Western properties to streamline the hotel reservation process by eliminating duplicate efforts and manual data entry errors. Best Western guest reservation information will be available to view at multiple points of contact either directly at the property, via the Best Western website, or by contacting the Best Western Call Center.
