Atlas Hotels Implements Event Planning Service

Atlas Hotels announces an agreement under which it will implement Web-based Passkey from Passkey International, Inc. at its two primary properties, the Kona Kai Resort & Spa and the Town and Country Resort & Convention Center, both based in San Diego. Passkey will be available to all planners and events, including weddings, corporate events, meetings, conferences, and conventions.

"Passkey allows us to offer group planners and attendees the tools they need to ensure their events' success," states C. Scott Brown, director of IT services for Atlas Hotels. "From online group hotel reservations to real-time pick-up reports, we are entering a new future of meeting services. Our staff can now stay focused on our customers' immediate needs."

Additionally, event planners can access custom Passkey event Websites to up-sell hotel services, amenities, and online booking to group attendees; establish room-block optimization; and upload rooming lists in any format among other things.
