Atlanta's NYLO Hotels Personalizes Guest Experience
NYLO Hotels of Atlanta, GA selects SoftBrands'epitome.NET property management system in an effort to personalize the guest experience. Using the solution, if a guest makes a specific request at one NYLO property, that information will be transmitted to all other NYLO hotels across the country.
"NYLO will be one of the first brands to have a centralized system that allows all properties to speak to each other," says Patrick O'Neil, senior vice president of operations for NYLO Hotels. "If you ever want anything that we did not anticipate or have special needs or requests, you'll only have to make that request one time at one NYLO."
NYLO will also utilize SoftBrands Kiosk Partner, giving guests the option to self check-in and check-out, view their folios and print out boarding passes.
