Restaurants and hotels agree that improving loyalty is a top priority for technology in 2017. More than half of restaurants (61%) and hotels (52%) put improving digital customer engagement and loyalty as the number one strategic goal for technology rollouts according to HT’s 2017 Restaurant and Lodging Technology Studies.
