YOTEL Appoints Lisa Bovio Chief Commercial Officer

YOTEL appointed Lisa Bovio as Chief Commercial Officer, ensuring the delivery of a strong distribution platform to support the company’s rapid global expansion across all three brands (YOTEL/ YOTELAIR / YOTELPAD).

As Chief Commercial Officer, Lisa will have global responsibility for four major verticals:  global sales, revenue and distribution, e-commerce as well as brand and marketing communications.  With a projection of 60 hotels by 2023, YOTEL is not only strengthening its distribution capabilities, but furthermore looking at introducing regional clustered teams in Europe, Asia and the USA.

Commenting, YOTEL CEO Hubert Viriot said, ‘I would like to join our board of directors in welcoming Lisa to the team.  Lisa will bring an immense amount of experience and skills to the table at a time when YOTEL is expanding rapidly and needs to optimise its growing revenue to negotiate the best possible global partnerships.’

‘YOTEL will grow its revenue under management 10-fold over the next five years and it is therefore critical to the expansion of the brand that we have a highly skilled and experienced senior team on board to support us realising our vision,’ continued Viriot.

Lisa has held various senior Sales and Marketing management positions in the travel industry, building world-renowned brands. She was most recently Chief Marketing Officer for Aman, SVP Sales and Marketing for Kerzner Int’l and Group Commercial Director forLastminute.com/holiday autos. 

Lisa studied Law, she is fluent in five languages and is passionate about travel.
