Notable Speakers Added to the 2008 Restaurant Executive Summit

Hospitality Technology is proud to announce the addition of notable industry experts Jason Dorsey, author of the book, The Gen Y Guy Connecting Generations; Emanuel Hilario, CFO, secretary and director, McCormick & Schmick's; Cameron Cummins, VP for franchise recruitment, Marco's Pizza; Bryon Stephens, chief development officer, Marco's Pizza; and James F. Exum, Jr, president and CEO of The Krystal Company, to speak at the 2008 Restaurant Executive Summit.

Dorsey, who is scheduled to present the session, Workforce 2018: Talent Today for Growth Tomorrow on day two of the event, is a bestselling author and has been featured on 60 Minutes, 20/20, NBC's The Today Show and ABC's The View. This session will address the effects of the Millennial generation on the restaurant industry, as well as approaches for training new staff and maintaining employee relations.

Hilario will present the day two keynote address on the topic of Financial Imperatives for Growth. This session that will explore the financial metrics that matter most to operators in a dynamic business climate, as well as the technological solutions that will help operators better understand their financial health.

Stephens and Cummins will present a unique case study session on day three, Brand Growth Excellence: A Case Study of Success. This session will showcase the winning strategy behind Marco's Pizza's successful chain growth that has lead up to the aggressive plan for an additional 500 new store openings by 2012.

Exum will round out the day three closing panel, The Winning Formula: Achieving Sustainable Growth along with Wayne Lipschitz, CFO, Grill Concepts, Inc. and Marco's Pizza's Stephens. This case study panel will share how their companies pulled together multiple resources for success as well as the key insights that operators need to keep in mind for finding success in a dynamic business climate.
