Latvian Five-Star Hotel Chooses MCOMS HOTstream for In-Room Entertainment Tech

The Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga, Latvia’s first five-star luxury Kempinski Hotel, said it recruited MCOMS to offer the latest in in-room entertainment technology for their clientele. MCOM Media Communications installed the HOTstream Interactive TV, VOD and Screen Mirroring solutions in all 141 hotel rooms and suites.  Guests can now enjoy a vast variety of more than 100 video on demand movies and channels covering an equally vast variety of genres. MCOMS HOTstream is connected with the PMS interface allowing guests to peruse hotel services and make requests all in a multilingual and user-friendly environment.

With the famous Latvian National Opera House by its side and the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, at its feet, the hotel presents a whole new level of comfort and elegance to both city guests and locals.
