Vivid has formed a new partnership with Advanced Mobile Payment, a global provider of complete payment solutions and EMV smart devices built around usability, security, and smart integration options.

The cloud-based solution is now available to hospitality operators beyond the U.S.

Integration provides Crystal Springs Resort a centralized platform for retail, pro shop, and spa inventory control.

Restaurant owners can provide delivery directly from the Wix Restaurants’ commission-free platform through a new partnership with DoorDash Drive.

New features include: advanced prep times and throttling to help restaurants; integration with more than 70 payment providers; an enhanced mobile app for better order handling; and a free website builder.

Alliants will more tightly integrate with Zendesk and develop a number of value-added solutions on top of Zendesk including messaging insights.

Many providers are passing off a network of patched-together systems as a “platform,” but in many cases, property employees still struggle with technological shortcomings such as data silos, synchronization issues, and weak integrations. 

The integration empowers hoteliers to manage their properties and guest experience through seamless, user-friendly technology – and in some cases eliminate the front desk entirely.
